Frequentist Probability

A “physical” or “objective” interpretation of probability: the probability of an event is its relative frequency over repeated trials (see Statistical Hypothesis Testing)

My sense is that not many people disagree, exactly, with the frequentist interpretation; it just isn't very practical outside of scientific contexts. Most things you actually want to know the probability of are one-offs, and even when you can run repeated trials, it takes a long time to reach high confidence. In most uses of statistics, Bayesian probability is more easily applied.

The “propensity” interpretation is an attempt to solve the frequentist interpretation's problem with probability of single occurrences, at least on a theoretical basis.
